The Titan Plus has a brilliant built-in drainage system. Any rainwater that lands on the louvres flows into U-shaped canal and down into the gutter of the framework. The water then travels through a channel inside the pergola leg posts and drains away. This genius system means that you'll never see the water draining off the roof of the pergola. If you were to open the louvres when wet, the U-shaped channels prevent rainwater from dripping under the sheltered area
This pergola will require assembly and we recommend 2-3 people must safely lift and assemble the pergola. The build time is approx. 2 hours. To secure the pergola to the ground, expansion bolts are supplied as standard. We recommend mounting the pergola on a flat, solid and hard surface, like concrete bases. All pergolas must be securely bolted to the floor using the holes within each leg base plate. Our pergolas do not require planning permission. However, if you are unsure, we always recommend contacting your Local Planning Office.

Seasonal Maintenance:
Twice a year, apply Maze's protector to your wooden furniture. This protective treatment helps shield the wood from environmental elements and extends its lifespan. Apply the protector in autumn to prepare for winter conditions and again in spring to safeguard the furniture for warmer weather ahead.
Avoid Using Covers:
We do not recommend using covers for our wooden furniture. Instead, regular cleaning and maintenance as outlined above are sufficient to preserve its quality.
Natural Colour Changes:

To clean our cushions, we recommend a simple hand wash with warm soapy water and a clean cloth. Our cushions are not machine washable and cannot be tumble dried.

How can I clean my tempered glass?
Leaving any type of glass outside, you will find it gets dirty and dusty and a mildew can build up from the weather elements changing. You can easily clean the glass with a warm soapy cloth, then use another separate cloth which is damp to polish the finish and allow to dry. The rattan furniture frames will get dirty and dusty after the winter months underneath the cover or being kept in storage. You can easily clean your rattan furniture when you take it out of storage by simply using a hose pipe and sponge to wash the dirt and dust away.

How do I clean my Fabric Furniture
Any spill on your outdoor fabric can be cleaned immediately with soapy water, most spills will simply wipe off with just a cloth or tissue as the fabric is made to be highly resistant. Our outdoor fabric range is made to be left outside all year round, you may find it after the winter months your set has become dirty and slightly mouldy from the changes in weather. You can simply clean your whole set using a jet washer on a soft/low setting (not too close) and then use our cleaning kit to bring your set back to life! We supply cleaning kits which we have made to suit cleaning your outdoor fabric set,
I can’t get this stubborn stain out, what do I do?
For a tough stain clean immediately with a mixture of:
150ml of bleach
40ml of mild soap
2 litres of water
Drying:
Allow the sofa to air dry after cleaning or after rainfall. There is no set drying time, as this depends on various factors such as weather conditions, humidity, and exposure to sunlight.

How do I care for my ceramic tempered glass?
Leaving any type of glass outside, you will find it gets dirty and dusty and a mildew can build up from the weather elements changing. You can easily clean the glass with a warm soapy cloth, then use another separate cloth which is damp to polish the finish and allow to dry.
We can confirm that all of our furniture can be left outside all year round. However we do recommend purchasing one of our winter protective covers for your furniture even the sun can cause issues. Our covers provide superior protection from the elements. We strongly advise that all cushions should not be stored underneath your protective cover, otherwise the cushions will become water stained. In addition all cushions should be stored in a dry location when not in use.
All of our PE Rattan products provide UV protection to ensure they do not fade in sunlight, resulting in years of enjoyment. Please see our cushion care guide for more details. We recommend not to place in direct sun and cover when not in use, Also parasol or other means of shade is useful in the hottest months.
We recommend cleaning your furniture without the cushions at least once a year.
Brush the furniture down to remove leaves and debris. Use warm, soapy water and a soft cloth to wipe dirt away. After the dirt has been removed we recommend rinsing your furniture.
Many of our furniture ranges come fully assembled, as they are fully aluminium welded. The only components which usually require assembly are our tables, parasols and storage boxes. Please note that some furniture ranges come in sections and will require assembly.

Does our Rattan Contract and Expand?
Yes all of our rattan will contract and expand based on the current weather conditions. In warm weather, our rattan will expand and then contract back to its original state once temperatures become cooler. This is a completely normal trait for rattan garden furniture and in result will stop the weave from snapping and becoming brittle in the winter months.
Please avoid leaving reflective objects on your table in direct sunlight. Glass table tops must not be located in direct sunlight (Glasses, Bottles, Ornaments) as this may lead to your rattan damaging in the sun.
Please note many of our rattan weaves are made up of varying colour strands and the strands can vary in thickness due to the items being handmade. These variations can look slightly different once in your garden depending on the level of sunlight and the design of each set may mean your weave is woven in different configurations. The colour can also vary, in the morning some ranges may look a little greyer and in the afternoon the sun may pick out more beige tones. All our photos have been taken in different settings and lighting. All our items are handwoven; no weaving is identical throughout our sets. All finishing strands are pinned in place to assure they do not unravel.
Rising tables are designed to be easily raised or lowered. We have designed these tables with no moving parts to ensure the most durable design. Our rising tables come with either an easy lock in, lock out mechanism or a gas lift lever.
