Roma 3.5m dia cantilever parasol, perfect for providing shade regardless of the position of the sun. These tilting & rotating cantilever parasols include a polyester canopy, dark anthractite/bronze frame, weatherproof cover & 140kg base, move in every direction, 360 degrees controlled by a foot pedal on the base,up and down tilt-action from a smooth sliding runner attached to the main frame and a fold down option, also using the winder on the mainframe.  telescopic wheels in the base for when the whole thing needs moving, The Roma range of parasols look like they defy gravity. The base is filled with sand to a weight of 140kg and they are then wind tested to 90km/hour which makes them a genius
